Hi, I'm Roshi, a seasoned product designer with extensive experience leading design projects for multi-user platforms and complex domains such as corporate learning, K-12 education, and geospatial mapping. At Udemy, I’ve spearheaded design initiatives for their corporate learning platform, following my role as principal product designer at Everfi, where I led design for K-12 teacher and student platforms. Previously, I managed the design of digital maps and authoring tools at EarthX and developed widely used science apps at Amplify Education. I excel in storytelling, systems thinking, and strategic design, passionate about creating user-focused products that align with business goals.

I'm passionate about design; solving problems and creating usable and beautiful experiences. Throughout the years I have come to the realization that the best solutions emerge when more time is spent understanding the problem rather than finding solutions; humility is the best attribute of a designer; it is a fun but long road of learning and growing; and design is more of a balancing act: considering users’ needs, business goals, and constraints and creating the best possible solution.
I love coffee and I collect coffee mugs wherever I go! If I am not trying to crack some design problems, I am busy at my studio, sewing, painting, and creating digital art like these pictures.
